Why GM should be off the table at Copenhagen?

As a result of pressure from pro-GM interests, the UK Government has asked the Food Standards Agency to conduct an exercise to gauge public attitudes to GM. The last time the FSA carried out a similar review, a few years back, they were widely regarded as having doctored the evidence they gathered to favour GM. An independent review, set up by the FSA itself, subsequently found that they were seen to have departed from scientific objectivity when it came to GM food.
